If something is wrong with your order, contact support as soon as possible with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged, missing or incorrect items promptly so admin can review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.
Change of mind
Books and personal-use items may not always be returnable after dispatch. Eligibility is confirmed case by case before any return is accepted.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are handled through the original payment/support channel where possible. Processing times can depend on the payment provider.
